1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of millennial.ae, operated by Millennial Partners, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
These terms cover the website only. Consulting engagements, platform licences, subscriptions and deployments of RAIL, Ace or Cue are governed by the separate written agreement signed for that work, which takes precedence over anything on this site.
2. What this site is for
This website describes our services, our platforms and our point of view. Everything published here is general information for business audiences. It is not consulting, legal, tax, financial or regulatory advice, and it is not an offer capable of acceptance.
Nothing on this site creates a client relationship. A relationship begins only when both parties sign an engagement letter or contract.
3. Accuracy of the information
We take care to keep the site accurate and current, and we cite sources where we rely on third-party research. Even so, the technology landscape we write about changes quickly, market data ages, and figures published by vendors and analysts are not always independently verifiable. We give no warranty that the content is complete, current or fit for any particular purpose, and you should not act on it without taking advice on your own circumstances.
Performance figures, timeframes and outcomes described for our platforms are indicative and depend on the client’s data, systems and operating environment. They are not a guarantee of the result you will achieve.

The content, design, structure, text, graphics and software on this site are owned by Millennial Partners or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. The names Millennial Partners, RAIL, Ace and Cue, and our logos, are our marks.

Where our content cites a third-party source, that source’s own rights apply to their material.

You agree not to use this site to introduce malicious code, to attempt unauthorised access to any part of the site or the systems behind it, to interfere with its availability, or to collect data from it by automated means without our permission. You agree not to submit unlawful, defamatory or infringing material through our forms.

We link to third-party research, vendor documentation and news sources. We do not control those sites, we are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices, and a link is not an endorsement.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

11. Governing law
These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and the courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction.
