Transformation Practices

NINE PRACTICESThe Enterprise, Function By Function
AI transformation cannot be approached one isolated use case at a time. Finance is changing. Revenue is changing. Customer operations, procurement, HR and legal are changing — and so is the way executives understand the enterprise.
We publish all nine practices because buyers navigate by function. We resource them at three visibly different depths, and we would rather tell you which is which than pretend otherwise.

HOW TO READ THISThree Depths, Stated Plainly
We build in Finance and Customer Operations, because no platform fitted the Gulf requirement for Arabic, in-country deployment and mid-market economics. RAIL, Ace and Cue came out of that gap.
We partner in Procurement, Revenue and Marketing, where the landscape is mature and the honest answer is to select rather than build.
We advise only in People, Legal and Governance. We run the diagnostic, quantify the case and help you choose — then hand implementation to the vendor or a specialist. No badge we cannot stand behind.
We evaluate the AI-native platform landscape across every enterprise function against the same bar: deployable in your own cloud or in-country, Arabic tested rather than claimed, a contractual training boundary, and pricing that survives a Gulf mid-market deal. We name platforms once an agreement is in place, and not before.
